My Role: Leading the Full Digital Transformation
As Project Manager, I was responsible for the entire digital transformation, from concept to launch. This meant coordinating teams of designers, developers, content writers, and marketers while ensuring every aspect of the brand aligned with its growth and positioning goals.
- Defining the brand’s vision, identity, and positioning in the competitive CBD market.
- Overseeing the website development process, ensuring high performance, UX optimization, and compliance with CBD regulations.
- Managing content creation & SEO strategies to establish organic traffic growth.
- Building and launching email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Leading multi-channel digital advertising efforts to generate brand awareness and sales.

- Defined Everwell’s brand identity, including logo design, color palette, typography, and messaging, positioning it as a premium, science-backed CBD brand.
